Actor Brady Corbet is having a good day – he’s signed on for two big projects. The star has bagged himself a part in a new movie, and another in a TV mini-series for acclaimed network HBO. Not bad going!

While We’re Young, an ensemble drama, will also boast Ben Stiller, Amanda Seyfried, Naomi Watts, Charles Grodin and Adam Driver among its cast. The film is about an uptight documentary maker and his wife who try to loosen up.

The series, meanwhile, is called Olive Kitteridge, and is about a sleepy town in the US where there is plenty of dramatic scandal.

Frances McDormand will star, while Corbet will play devoted husband to Zoe Kazan.

His previous credits include Melancholia, Martha Marcy May Marlene and Mysterious Skin. We reckon these new parts will kick him up to the A-list!
