Demi Lovato has confessed that she doesn’t rate her own performance on The X Factor USA last week.
The singer, who serves as a judge on the struggling talent show, performed her own new single ‘Neon Lights’ on last Thursday’s results show, but struggled with her pitching and appeared to be having problems hearing herself on her earpiece.
Taking to Twitter today, the star admitted that she knows she is capable of doing better – and has promised to improve in the near future.
She wrote:
“So I watched my XF performance back and kinda sorta HATED it.. BUT I PROMISE I’m gonna make it up with something special really soon”.

Demi is off on her Neon Lights Tour in the New Year, on which she will be accompanied by Fifth Harmony, Cher Lloyd and Little Mix.
