Geordie Shore regular Holly Hagan has been released without charge by police following a scrap in a nightclub. The reality TV redhead was released on bail last month when she and co-star Vicky Pattison were arrested over allegations that a student was hit repeatedly by a high heel shoe.

The brawl was said to be recorded on camera, as the cast of the MTV show were filming scenes for the next series of the show.

Both Holly and Vicky were suspended from filming pending enquiries, and the former has strongly denied any wrongdoing. A rep for the 21-year-old has today said:

“Holly’s earlier arrest relates back to an incident during the filming of Geordie Shore series 7.

“Holly has maintained she had no connection to the alleged incident since her arrest. Holly is pleased to be released from the investigation and looks forward to the launch of series 7 on September 17.”

Sophie Kasaei has reportedly been fired from the show after apparently using a racial slur. She has since been replaced with her younger cousin, Marnie Simpson.

Charlotte Letitia Crosby, another star of the show, is set to enter Celebrity Big Brother on Thursday.
