Katy Perry has confessed that she once oddly asked Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift if she could have a lock of their hair. The PRISM star said that the bizarre incident came about when they were sharing a dressing room at the Grammy Awards.
Asked by a fan what she keeps in her bag, the singer responded “[A] big empty purse…
“One of the first times I went to the Grammys, I got to share a dressing room with Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift, and I asked them for a lock of hair from each of them, which is totally creepy, but awesome.

“I put little bows on them individually and put them in my purse. And that was my little secret and I’m a freak!”
Incidentally, Taylor Swift once dated Katy Perry’s now-boyfriend, John Mayer. Katy said of her own relationship with the singer-songwriter:
“There’s a lot of understanding when you get home and say, ‘Ah, I had a pretty crappy show’.
“[John’s] like, ‘I understand because I’ve had one, too’. You get to share music. The dance parties are a lot more fun.”
