Girlband The Saturdays have denied that they will split up following the release of their Greatest Hits album. The band confirmed today that the retrospective collection will hit the shelves in August 2015, featuring all 17 of their hits to date.

Formed in 2008, the band have racked up 13 Top 10 hits since debut ‘If This Is Love’, and a further four to reach the Top 40.

The LP will also be accompanied by a headline nationwide tour, which will take in a show at London’s Wembley Arena. Tickets for that go on sale later this month.

In a statement, Frankie Sandford insisted that they will be continuing for a long time yet, saying: “We can’t wait to get out on the road and showcase our journey so far. This is not the end, just a milestone along the way.”
