Britney Spears has dropped a major hint that she will shoot her new music video next week. The megastar is currently building towards her 8th studio album, more than 2 years after the release of her last LP Femme Fatale.
Last week she kicked off a month-long countdown to some kind of announcement on September 17, which is thought to be the premiere of her new comeback single.
Furthermore, she tweeted tonight: “Taking a quick break to say hi to all my tweeps 🙂 Rehearsing for something top secret happening next week… #WERK”.

When a fan asked:
“MUSIC VIDEO FOR FIRST SINGLE?”, she replied with a telling “;)”.
The star has been working with Will.I.Am, Sia, William Orbit, Naughty Boy and Danja on new music, with Sia recently praising her “outstanding” singing.
Spears then revealed that their song is “beautiful” and “heartbreaking”.
