A magazine claiming that Blake Lively is pregnant with her and husband Ryan Reynold’s first baby has been flatly denied. The US offshoot of OK! magazine claimed in a front-page story that the former Gossip Girl actress is expecting – writing: “Hollywood’s most perfect couple has some surprising big news to share”.
And a so-called insider told the mag: “It’s pretty obvious Blake is expecting a baby.” However, a spokesperson for the star – who was clearly not approached before the story was printed – has blasted the story as completely untrue.
Speaking to Gossip Cop, they said: “The story is 100% false. Blake is not pregnant.” Blake and Ryan have presumably been spending more time together since Blake finished work on Gossip Girl; the TV series that infinitely elevated her profile when it premiered in the late-naughties.
However, the show was axed by network The CW last year amidst crumbling ratings, and the show then aired a limited final season as a farewell.
Blake worked with Ryan on the 2011 blockbuster The Green Lantern, in which he played the title role.
