Britney Spears appears to have started a countdown to her new single. The star is known to be working on her eighth studio album, and has launched a 28-day clock on her official website – leading fans to wonder if a new track is just around the corner.
The singer posted a link to her official site along with the caption: “#AllEyesOnMe”.

The former X Factor USA judge’s seventh LP, Femme Fatale, was released in 2011 and yielded the singles ‘Hold It Against Me’, ‘Till The World Ends’ and ‘I Wanna Go’. She has since collaborated with will.i.am on ‘Scream & Shout’ and released the track ‘Ooh La La’ for the soundtrack to the Smurfs 2.
She is working with William Orbit, Naughty Boy and Sia on her latest project, with will.i.am serving as executive producer.
Sia has praised her “outstanding” singing on the song they wrote together, writing on Twitter:

Spears had previously teased:
