Harry Styles is NOT quitting One Direction, it has been confirmed – despite rumours to the contrary.
The curly-haired singer, arguably the most famous member of the British five-piece, was thought to be leaving in order to have some time to himself, and possibly launch his own career as an individual artist.
HollywoodLife had quoted a supposed insider as saying:
“Harry really wants to record his own stuff and put out an album now that Midnight Memories is done.

“Trust me, he’s going to do it.”
However, responding in a statement, a rep for the band insisted:
“It’s totally untrue.”
Midnight Memories, the group’s third album, recently smashed records all over the place. In the UK, it is now the fastest-selling record of 2014, and also the fastest-selling of the quintet’s career-to-date.
They’re off on a stadium tour, Where We Are, in 2014.
