The first snap of the stars of the Fifty Shades Of Grey movies together has been released. Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson are set to be catapulted to global superstardom by the franchise, which takes it lead from EL James’ series of four erotic fiction novels.
Johnson was signed for the movies in late August in the leading role of Anastasia Steele and was then revealed, alongside Charlie Hunnam as Christian Grey, to the public in early September.
However, Hunnam then departed the project for various reasons – leading produces to sign up Dornan. The pair’s photo on the cover of Entertainment Weekly magazine is the first snap of of them to be publicly released.
However, the release of the film itself has now been pushed back to Valentine’s Day weekend 2015, despite initially being scheduled for unveiling in August. The shift is thought to be due to the late casting of Dornan.
Production had already been shifted back, and will now commence on December 2. It was initially slated to kick off earlier this month.
