A rumour suggesting that Zooey Deschanel has been a nightmare to work with on the set of TV sitcom New Girl has been countered.
It had been reported by Radar Online that Zooey, who plays lead character Jess in the sitcom, has been growing increasingly frustrated by her fellow cast and crew members during filming.

Claiming that the star “gets moody”, a source told the site:
“The show’s schedule really drives Zooey up a wall, because they’re always running behind when the full cast is on set.
“So now, Zooey insists on days ending with scenes that just feature her and one other actor… When that can’t happen due to the production schedule, however, she’s unhappy and all hell breaks loose.”
However, a source close to Deschanel has told Gossip Cop that the whole story is completely inaccurate.
“She is very close friends with her co-stars and many of the members of the whole team that works so hard on ‘New Girl’,” they said.
