It’s been the worst-kept secret in showbiz since she herself was recruited for The X Factor USA, but Britney Spears has FINALLY revealed details of her residency in Las Vegas.
The star will perform at Planet Hollywood over the course of two years, starting on December 27. Tickets will go on sale later this week, she revealed.
The pop icon swung by Good Morning America in the middle of the Las Vegas desert today to break the news, and she also confirmed that her 8th studio album will be released in the US on December 3.

In a sit-down interview, she teased that she has written about her break-up from fiancé Jason Trawick, saying:
“They suck. Break-ups suck, man!”
She also defended Miley Cyrus’ VMAs performance, saying that she was bound to get criticised for a performance so high-profile and provocative.
In a “quick-fire” section of the interview, she also said that Justin Timberlake was her first kiss… at the age of 13!
