Miley Cyrus has said Justin Bieber should be paying people to keep him out of trouble.
The former Disney star, who herself has been subject to massive scrutiny over the last year, spoke on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno after Bieber’s hectic week for legal drama, which saw him arrested on three charges in Miami and then having to turn himself in in Toronto on a separate case.

She advised:
“You’ve got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don’t get in trouble and party at your house.”
The ‘Adore You’ singer suggested:
“Buy a house, and add a club to it.”
Pointing out the difference between herself and the Canadian teen, she added:
“I get the most flack out of anyone… I’m doing a lot of sh*t, but I’m not doing any illegal!
“Everything I do is legal — in California.”
This week Miley turned heads when she was joined at her MTV Unplugged gig by none other than Madonna.
