Ten years after TV sitcom Friends ended for good, one of its stars Lisa Kudrow has had a bit of good news.
The actress, who played Phoebe on the show until it ended on May 7, 2004, went on to make short-lived comedy The Comeback; which flopped in the ratings and was axed after one season.
However, in the years that have since passed, it has maintained a quiet cult status, and will soon return for six new episodes as a limited-run series on HBO.
“It was almost too fun to play Valerie Cherish the first time around,” she said in a statement.
“I look forward to revisiting this resilient and ironically self-unaware character.”
