Rising starlet Ariana Grande has assured her fans that she is fine after reports swelled about her voice. The singer and actress’s career has gone stratospheric over recent months, with her album Yours Truly currently sitting at No1 on the US Billboard charts.
However, she panicked her fans a few days ago when it emerged that she would need to be taking time off due to a haemorrhaged vocal cord – a scary situation for any singer to be in.
Speaking in a brief Instagram video, she said:
“Thank you so much for the well wishes, but I’m actually completely fine. My voice is healthy, I’m talking right now.

“I just lost my voice at my party for my album, but I’m completely fine now. Thank you!”
Well, thank goodness for that!
Grande’s album has also performed well in the UK; entering the charts at No7 last weekend. That’s a higher peak than the recent albums from teen heavyweights Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus. Not bad!
