A report suggesting that Ellen DeGeneres would get plastic surgery before hosting the Oscars next year has been denied. The chat show host was confirmed a few weeks ago to be reprising her role as MC at the awards ceremony in 2014, following Seth Macfarlane’s controversial stint in the driving seat earlier this year.
The National Enquirer had suggested that Ellen would fork out as much as $50,000 for work on her face, but the story has since been branded “100 percent false”.
A completely unrelated doctor told the US mag:
“Ellen could easily spend as much as $50,000 if she were to undergo a full facial makeover,” adding that it “would help remove the creases in her face, lines around her eyes and forehead, as well as tighten the jowls and the area below her chin.”

However, Gossip Cop has since cited a close to the star as saying that there is no truth to the story. And besides, she looks great as she is!
