The Jonas Brothers have given fans an update on their current status. The boy-band, made up of siblings Kevin, Nick and Joe Jonas, axed their North American tour just two days before it was due to begin earlier this month. Their publicist cited a “deep rift” as the reason for the cancellation.
Apparently it was a disagreement over their musical direction that caused the row. Rumours that they had split then swamped the web, especially when their joint Twitter account appeared to have been removed.
Joe Jonas wrote on his own Twitter today: “please hold while we get our s**t together”, while Nick Jonas wrote: “Bear with us.”
They were schedule to release their new album V later this year; but many have assumed that this has now been scrapped.
