Olivia Wilde has slammed a leading US gossip site for publishing a tape in which Solange Knowles and Jay Z have a massive bust-up.
The two were in a hotel lift with Beyonce – Solange sister and Jay Z’s wife – when they had an almighty row, with the ‘Losing You’ singer physically attacking her brother-in-law. CCTV footage of the row was leaked by TMZ and instantly went viral.
Wilde wrote on Twitter:
“Since when is it ok to release elevator “security” surveillance footage to the public?”
She added:
“Let’s reject this trashy, and shady, TMZ deal. Gross.”
The hotel in which the whole thing happened has said it is “shocked” that its security systems were compromised.
