Despite becoming a fashion icon in Sex And The City, Sarah Jessica Parker has said that she actually isn’t that big on the subject herself. That said, she does admit that she can “appreciate” a gorgeous outfit when she sees one.
Speaking to the Daily Express, she said:
“I never dress up that much. These days, I’m lucky if I go out to a friend’s house.

“Most of my day is spent as a mother, which requires an entirely different wardrobe.”
She added:
“Although I appreciate beautiful clothes, I’m not into fashion as people expect me to be.”
Clearly on a self-depricating streak, SJP also said that she’s not as fit and healthy as she used to be, or as she would like to be. She confessed that she doesn’t feel as able to naturally recover from exercise as she did in her twenties.
“I don’t think I’m in that great shape these days,” she admitted. “I have to work out a lot harder. The body just doesn’t snap back in the way it used to when I was in my twenties.
“I believe in buying as many anti-aging creams as possible,” she said. “Use any cream that says ‘elimination’ in big bold letters on the jar. I swear by Garnier Ultra-Lift cream. It targets wrinkles and dryness as well as being really inexpensive.”
