Singer Chris Brown must remain behind bars until April at the earliest, according to reports.
The ‘Loyal’ singer was arrested and sent straight to prison last week after be was ejected from court-mandated rehab treatment.
The stint in the facility stemmed from further legal woes following his assault of Rihanna back in 2009.
Brown will now have a probation hearing next month, but a judge has ordered him to remain locked-up in the meantime – noting that comments he allegedly made about weapons have caused concern.
The star’s attorney Mark Geragos asked for him to be entered into a different rehab program, but this request was swiftly denied – and he must instead remain incarcerated.
In terms of his career, the singer’s duet with Ariana Grande has been delayed until he is released.
