Kourtney Kardashian has silenced the bizarre paternity lawsuit against her. Male model Michael Girgenti recently claimed that he was Kourtney’s son Mason’s father, and sought joint custody.
Kourntey has now proven through a paternity test that Disick is the father, slamming the “ridiculous lies” that had been spreading.
“After three and a half years of rumours and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason’s father,” she told E! Online.
“While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies – especially when the truth was never in doubt – this story must be put to rest.”

Mason was born in December 2009. Kourtney and Scott have since welcomed a second child; little girl Penelope.
Girgenti had claimed in his rubbished lawsuit that Penelope and Mason looked nothing alike.
