The director of Miley Cyrus’ documentary has praised the star for not taking herself too seriously. Miley: The Movement is due to air on MTV and, despite her media-baiting provocative behaviour recently, director Paul Bozymowski has insisted that she is a delight.
“I found her to be very savvy and smart … Her sense of humour separates her from a lot of artists,” he told People. “That ability to not take yourself so seriously all the time really sets [her apart].
“She’s a very hard worker with meticulous attention to detail, which was very refreshing.”
The show sees Miley interacting with Britney Spears, ahead of their collaboration on ‘SMS (Bangerz)’, one of the songs on her new record.
Miley: The Movement will air in the UK in October.
