Lauren Silverman, the woman widely believed to be pregnant with Simon Cowell’s baby, has reportedly settled her divorce. Andrew Silverman has said that his priority was the wellbeing of his son, after coming to the settlement out of court.
A source told Radar Online:
“Yes, Lauren and Andrew’s divorce is finalised.”

And Andrew told the site: :
“As I’ve said all along, my priority was resolving this quickly for the sake of our son. Lauren and I both love him very much and I’m looking forward to starting a new chapter in our lives. (Hopefully people will respect our family’s privacy.)”
The pair will reportedly share joint custody of their seven-year-old son, thus avoiding a messy court battle.
Cowell had awkwardly been named as a co-respondent in divorce papers that Andrew filed, citing adultery as the reason behind their decision to end their marriage.
