Jennifer Aniston is apparently pining for recognition at the Academy Awards, according to a US tabloid.
OK! says that the former Friends actress has been picking her recent roles based on what she believes will get her noticed at the Oscars in the coming years.
She is currently shooting Cake, a role that has meant she has had to scruff-up her appearance and ditch glamour completely.
The source says:
“Jen knows the more weight she gains, the bigger her chances are of her role getting noticed.
“She knows she has to go even more extreme and show a side of herself no one has even seen.”
It’s worth noting, however, that the same magazine has previously reported that Jennifer was pregnant numerous times throughout 2013, and also that she got married twice. None of them turned out to be true.
